Profiles are fed, cut, machined, labelled and unloaded without operator handling in between, so a bar enters the line once and leaves finished — taking out the transfers and staging that separate saw and machining operations normally require.

The uPVC window cutting and milling production line is a highly automated, flexible and efficient solution for the precision cutting, milling, drilling and processing of uPVC profiles. It combines multi-axis servo control, automatic feeding and unloading, flexible angle cutting, barcode printing, waste collection and comprehensive safety systems for streamlined production.
